Clearwater Plumbing & Gas completed the civil and hydraulic works supporting the new facilities at St Thomas’ School in Mareeba. The scope included an interactive play area, garden and lawn irrigation systems, and in-ground civil stormwater drainage. Existing services were altered to suit the new building footprint and site layout. Delivered within an active school environment, this project demonstrates our ability to coordinate civil and hydraulic works around live sites while maintaining safe access and efficient delivery.
