1. Agreement to Terms

3. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time.We reserve the right to alter the quote if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues arise during the provision of services.Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment Terms
Invoicing: Invoices are issued upon completion of the work or as agreed in a specific contract.Payment Due: Payment is due strictly within [Insert Days, e.g., 7 or 14] days of the invoice date.
Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
Late Payment: Failure to pay by the due date may result in the suspension of future services and/or legal action to recover the debt.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6. Warranties and Liability

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Queensland, Australia. Clearwater Plumbing & Gas and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Queensland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
